tidy room good communication early bag drop rough neighbourhood resident parking thin wall
the room was clean and tidy. the staff had good communication with me. i was able to drop my bags off early (at the laundrette downstairs, really handy!).
i found the surrounding neighbourhood a bit rough. it was hard to find parking on the streets nearby (most were for residents only). the walls seemed thin, so i could hear noise from other rooms.

I found the check-in process quite easy The YouTube tutorial really helped I was able to access the hotel quickly The room included everything I needed It was very clean upon my arrival
I noticed the shared bathroom had other people's products It would be great if each room had its own bathroom This could help avoid waiting times.
