central hotel with good service

central location helpful staff wide variety comfortable room
the location was great, really central for everything i wanted to see. the staff were helpful throughout my stay. breakfast had a wide variety of options, i could find something i liked each morning. the room was larger than expected, it was comfortable.
i noticed a slight stain on the carpet in the hallway near the elevator. it was minor, but i did see it.

my room included a king size bed, a desk, and a tv with many channels. there was ample space to store luggage and clothing in the closet. the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure and several towels were provided.

the hotel features a fitness center with treadmills and weights. there is also a restaurant and bar on site offering different meal options. the car park located behind the hotel made parking convenient and secure .

the reception staff was always available to assist with any questions or requests. the breakfast staff worked hard to keep the buffet well stocked. one staff member, peter, was very helpful when i had car trouble.

perfect location good food cute staff air con noise limited facilities price value
the location was perfect. the rooms had everything we needed and more, very well cleaned. the restaurant food was very good too and a variety on the breakfast buffet was plentiful. the staff had all the time in the world for customers and they were really nice too.
i stayed in room 333 and the noise from the air con unit outside the hotel could be heard above the tv!! this meant i kept waking up through the night. no bottled water was in the room and tea and coffee facilities was limited. i wouldn't say that the stay was worth that price.

i had issues with the room service breakfast i ordered it never arrived and there was no real explanation or concern from the staff when i mentioned it the next morning i probably won't return due to this.

the breakfast buffet offered ample choice. fresh smoothies were available daily. the location is central and near many shops.. joanna at reception was very helpful. the bed was wonderfully comfortable. the room was also spacious and clean.
the fire exit ceiling light could not be dimmed and lit up the room throughout the night.

really good stay!

excellent location room upgrade king room
I found the hotel location excellent with available on-site parking. This is a massive plus. i was actually surprised by a room upgrade to a king room. the room was super clean and very comfortable. the bed was amazing!!!
