underwhelming stay
missing cable overpriced breakfast
the free parking was definitely a plus.
The tv in my double room sofa just didn't work, and when i called, they told me to fix it myself. A cable was missing. also, breakfast felt overpriced for what i got. i mean, come on, at least make the tv work.

the hotel provided complimentary parking, a real benefit. the room was spacious. it also included bottled water and tea and coffee supplies, a nice touch. the location was near mermaid quay, about a ten-minute walk.
i noticed a lack of adequate toiletries. the toilet handle seemed damaged. i also did not receive breakfast, despite it being advertised as included when i booked.

coffee machine free parking
the room included a dolce gusto coffee machine and a kettle. free parking was available , it was convenient.
the tv offered a limited number of channels , local news from wales was not available.
