super clean room fresh toiletries perfect air conditioning effective curtains
the manor beautiful king room was super clean, i mean, seriously clean! the provided toiletries smelled super fresh. a big bonus, the air conditioning worked perfectly. i found the blackout curtains really effective, very useful for a good night's sleep.
i thought the signage in the corridors was a little confusing.

the hotel includes a well-equipped gym with several treadmills. there are also ample free weights. the indoor pool has a dedicated lane for swimming laps. plenty of comfy loungers are available.

lovely stay at the manor house
excellent assistance quick solution professional attitude easy access
asrar yafai provided me with excellent assistance in the manor house today (i really appreciated her help). she quickly sorted out a room for me with no trouble. she was professional and had a great smile. i also found the location perfect, especially because it connects easily to the main hotel through elevators and corridors.
i found out upon arrival that a £50 deposit was required for the room, this was unexpected.

the location is very convenient for attending events at the icc, as it is a short walk from the hotel. access to the main hotel is also very convenient through the internal connections.

breakfast was superb with a wide variety of options available. the hotel offers shuttle services to restaurants located elsewhere on the hotel. i especially liked the pastries and fresh fruit available each morning.

the room was nice and clean upon arrival with comfortable furnishings (i slept so well!). the manor beautiful king room had ample space and included all the standard amenities. everything was well-kept.

a romantic getaway
wide selection helpful staff tasty steak enjoyable pool
The breakfast at the manor house was really good, I found a wide selection. Staff were lovely and always helpful. My dinner at the grills golf club was first class. The steak, IN particular, was very tasty. I enjoyed the pool and spar very much.
The hotel decor felt a little tired! though the carpets need updating.

The pool area offered ample space for relaxation. It had multiple loungers. The spa provided a serene atmosphere. I found a variety of treatments available. There was also easy access to the conference center.

excellent support efficient service manor experience breakfast selection
asrar yafai provided excellent support at the manor house. she efficiently sorted a room for me with a smile (i really liked that). her professionalism was evident, and she made sure nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast selection offered multiple choices and was really great.
The car park had an extra charge. I wasn't aware of that prior to arrival.

spacious room king-size bed breakfast buffet shuttle service
The manor beautiful king room was spacious! it include a king-size bed and a seating area. I appreciated the comfort. the breakfast buffet had many options, from hot items to fresh fruit. the onsite gym was well-equipped, so i could keep up with my routine. the shuttle service was fast. It made getting around the resort easy.
The wifi signal in my room was a bit weak. It did affect streaming quality at times.

The hotel featured a large indoor pool with many loungers. I saw a modern gym with treadmills and weight machines. It looked fantastic. the grounds were well-kept and extensive.

excellent staff helpful staff fantastic place paid carpark tired room missing filter
i stayed at this place next door to the icc. the staff was excellent, and they were very helpful to me. they really were really nice too help my disabled friend. all round it was FANTASTIC.
i booked in at this old part of the resort. i then had to move to the paid carpark a WALK away, though the room was tired. the hairdryer had no filter, and it sucked a bit of my hair in.
