ample parking friendly host large breakfast choice
i found ample car parking behind the building. the host was friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage (a real gentleman!). breakfast offered a large choice including cereals, fresh fruit, juice, and a cooked option.
the shower room felt small, and care was needed to prevent water from escaping.

a tender escape
large car park convenient location warm welcome
the hosts greeted me with warmth and sincere kindness i felt instantly at home there is a large car park at the rear of the hotel i found very useful the location allows an easy walk into town i adored this convenience for exploring the area.
the hall and stairs showed some signs of ongoing work giving a slightly unfinished appearance

the room featured tea and coffee facilities complete with yorkshire tea the space was well-kept offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration two chairs sat within the room providing a comfortable seating area.

the guest house enjoys close proximity to town i was able to enjoy easy walks into the center the location offers good views of the surrounding hills creating a picturesque backdrop the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful.

convenient location big tv parking availability
the location was convenient for accessing the town center i appreciated the short walk. the room had a big tv that was a nice feature and the towels were big too. i found parking on site a bonus and it made coming and going easy.
the shower room felt small and required caution to avoid water spillage this could be improved.

The breakfast provided a good start to the day. There were many options. The location of the house is near the town centre. This made getting around easy. The car park had sufficient space for vehicles.
The garden looked not maintained. The grass was uncut. There were a few old tables. Dog waste bins are missing.

distant host cramped shower room
the host was distant, it was like i bothered her asking questions. i asked for more toast during breakfast, the host forgot it and seemed annoyed when i reminded him. the shower room felt cramped and i had to be extra careful to not flood the floor.

free parking delicious breakfast lovely town
The free parking behind the guesthouse was so convenient. Breakfast was delicious with extra toast. The location is very close to town, and I took a short walk along the canal.
The stairs looks a little messy as work on them is unfinished.
