I found the room spacious and well-decorated. It had great views. Breakfast included a lovely variety of fresh food. The staff were great.

attentive staff quality breakfast
the decor was tasteful, and the luxury felt genuine. the staff were attentive and helpful with local spots. i especially loved the honesty bar with its great selection of snacks and drinks. breakfast was high quality, and the options catered to various dietary needs.
the shower water pressure in my room could have been stronger. it wasn't a major issue but certainly detracted from an otherwise great experience. a bit more water flow would have been welcome

The building boasts original 19th-century features like the excellent fireplace in the bar area. my room was very comfortable. I slept great. the view from my room was lovely too.
i wasn't told the boiler had broken. i was very surprised to find an ice-cold shower after a long conference.

The building features lovely, super clean decoration. Breakfast offered delicious choices! Fabulous toiletries were available. The staff were kind. I enjoyed talking to them all, and they confirmed my thoughts on the croissants. It's a fabulous boutique experience they maintain with hard work.
My room was a bit small for the price I paid, but it was still nice

i enjoyed the original 19th century features i saw inside. my room was perfectly clean and well maintained it had a lovely view. the wifi signal worked well .
i wasn't informed about the boiler issue and was surprised by a cold shower after a conference. this felt disappointing given the standard of other facilities.

cold shower bathroom cleanliness
the boiler broke . i wasn't told about it and stepped into a freezing cold shower after a long day! the staff didn't tell me. i think the bathroom could have been cleaner too. there was hair in the shower. it wasn't a good experience.
