stained carpet dirty remote
the hotel's location was convenient. it was close to where i needed to be.
My room had a noticeable issue. the carpet was stained in multiple places. It really detracted from the room's overall appeal. also, the tv didn't work, and the remote control was quite dirty. it.

event organisation relaxing rooms amazing buffet accommodating staff
Rachel Wood prepared everything exactly as we requested. Family travelled a long way and enjoyed relaxing in their rooms before the surprise party. The party buffet was AMAZING!!! The venue proved great for our celebration, giving us memories we will cherish. Staff accommodated us well, and the breakfast buffet earned a 10/10.
The carpets in the hallways looked a little worn, though my room itself was super clean.

The hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions. The M4 motorway, the city center, and the seafront were easily accessible. A NICE lake near the hotel allowed for a pleasant walk after breakfast.

clean beds quiet atmosphere ample space friendly staff
The beds felt very clean. the hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere . the outside area near the bar provided ample space for children to play. I loved it! the breakfast selection offered many options and the staff replenished the food frequently. all the staff were very friendly.
The hotel could use a bit of fresh paint in some areas. the upkeep seemed well overall.
