Excellent Stay!

clean bedroom equipped bedroom excellent staff

The bedroom was very clean and well equipped (I really liked the desk space). The breakfast was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it, particularly as it represented very good value for money. The staff at reception and the bar were excellent and really helpful.

The room was clean and spacious. The shower had GREAT pressure and the temperature was easy to adjust. Breakfast included a mini pancake machine. It was a good, unexpected treat!!!

i found the staff friendly. the reception area was well-kept. dogs were welcome, a significant plus for me. the updated food menu introduced in january 2025 offered variety.

The air conditioner blew directly at the bed and made noises. I could not keep it on overnight.

The breakfast had a very good food choice.

Check-in was slow. The staff seemed overwhelmed. The room had no power outlets near the nightstands. It was very inconvenient to charge devices. The shower was nothing fancy.

A Decent Stay Near Tredegar Park

friendly staff clean room excellent breakfast dim lighting unresponsive heater okay food

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and quite spacious. Breakfast was excellent. It provided a good start to the day.

One desk lamp didn't work, and the lighting in the room was dim. The receptionist tried to resolve it. The fan heater seemed unresponsive. It blew cold air even at 24 degrees. I thought the food quality was just okay. There were not many healthy options available.
