underwhelming stay

limited lift operation absent housekeeping
the breakfast was acceptable.
The lift operation was limited. It stopped working around 8:30-9 pm, although i was told it ran until 10:30 pm. this became a significant issue, as my husband has a bad hip. housekeeping was also absent, requiring us to replenish our own tea and coffee. These supplies were unavailable after tea time.
