excellent location clean room warm hospitality helpful suggestions
the location is excellent, near everything i needed!!! the room was clean. free parking was included!!! i really appreciated the warm hospitality and found the owner's suggestions for local tours helpful. i would stay here again.
the room was very slightly dated, but it didn't really bother me much.

Excellent location and spacious rooms

My stay included easy access to the beach and the town center. The location was great. The hotel provides private parking, which I found very convenient. I really liked the big conservatory, it provides a place to relax. The breakfast had various options and the staff were friendly.
I noticed the swimming pool looked like it needed a good clean, there was scum around the top of the tiles.

the location proved excellent with easy access. i found free off-road parking quite convenient. staff were friendly and helpful . the room was clean and tidy, a great bonus for this stay.
the decor of the room was dated. the fridge was old, with cracks on the inside and outside. i reported the loose toilet seat after the first night.

poor selection missing jug
The room featured a sad selection of teas. I think they forgot biscuits exist. A large fridge was present, but thoughtful water jug was missing. Breakfast had a menu that was very limited. I also couldn't find skimmed milk anywhere. Rooms did not receive service . The pool area didn't appeal to me so I decided to skip it.

great spot near the beach

clean hotel short walk friendly staff
the hotel is very clean. it is only a five minute walk to the beach. i enjoyed the garden and conservatory area to sit in. staff posted back my clothing items i left behind, it was really helpful.
the room was up two long flights of stairs.
