the hotel provided designated parking. The room felt spacious. I found a lovely necessities bag with a toothbrush , toothpaste , and earbuds , a nice extra touch! The shower had great power. I enjoyed my stay so much!
the check-out process seemed very brief , and there was no opportunity to give immediate feedback.

the food here tasted amazing, especially the lasagna, which you could tell was home-cooked! fresh ingredients created a nice dining experience and everything came out in an orderly time, to me it was super efficient.

a mixed bag, i suppose

the location was easy enough to find, i guess.
I was really looking forward to some peace but there was live music blaring until 11 pm. i couldn't even hear my own tv. It was as if the band set up shop right in my room. a broken bedside lamp was just salt in the wound.

AMAZING Food and Friendly Faces!

The staff were SUPER friendly, especially the bar manager and the chef! They have MANY food options and different areas for dining, from the bar with the TV to a quiet lounge. The room we booked was a family room, and it was a GREAT size. The bathroom was clean and modern with a large shower, I LIKED that.
I noticed the sink seemed a LITTLE blocked. It didn't drain away immediately.

The location is GREAT for visiting Portmerrion. It is also a perfect base to explore North Wales from. I found it very convenient to get around and see everything I wanted to see.

The food in the restaurant was fantastic and reasonably priced. There were lots of food options available and I could find something for everyone. The chef was very attentive, i REALLY enjoyed my meals there.

The room was clean and VERY well put together. It was a lovely size and very cozy. The furniture was quality and decorated nicely. I loved the modern bathroom and the LARGE shower, we loved the space available.

The room was large and very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. The designated parking space was safe and secure.
The bedside lamp did not work. This made reading at night difficult.

the hotel's design is very tasteful it features a high-end finish. the staff and owners are both charming and helpful. the room was spacious. the hotel offered everything needed for a convenient overnight stay.
i stayed on a saturday night and there was live music. the music played until 11pm making it difficult to sleep. the music was so loud that i could barely hear the tv.
