mixed feelings about the stay

plated meal poor presentation
the breakfast choice was very good.
the presentation of the evening meal disappointed me. the roast beef dinner was served plated with meat, potatoes, and vegetables all together. i expected silver service or at least separate dishes for the vegetables and potatoes at a four-star hotel.
