amazing breakfast lake view friendly team rude barman disappointing afternoon tea room heating
The views were beautiful! breakfast was amazing. birdlife on the balcony of my room in the morning was nice. Nuthatches pottered around while i had coffee. adam and his team were great.
The barman was really rude. He acted like everyone was an inconvenience! afternoon tea was disappointing and not worth the money. i felt the room heating randomly cranked up at about 1am. It made the room unbearably hot.

Acceptable Location. Some Issues
poor service delayed beer
The location is good.
The service in the restaurant was poor. It took twenty minutes to get a second pint. I wanted draught IPA, but I got lager instead. The barman reluctantly changed it. This also took time.
