convenient stay
personal touch gorgeous room excellent breakfast
i appreciated the complimentary roses and chocolate strawberries i received upon arrival it added a personal touch i was not expecting. the room was indeed gorgeous. the breakfast was excellent providing a good start to the day.
the sink plug in the new room was stuck there. cold water was unavailable through the taps which was a bit inconvenient when trying to get ready.

the hotel featured luxurious decor with pleasant scents , made a strong first impression. a car park located next door cost only £5 for 24 hours. this was a convenient option.

staff members were generally helpful addressing concerns efficiently. one staff member was apologetic about room cleanliness. the manager moved us to a new room to resolve the issue.

the hotel's location is excellent right outside the train station , made travel easy. the area also provides easy access to many restaurants and bars. the proximity to these amenities enhances its appeal.

dirty bathroom street noise
the staff was friendly enough i suppose.
the room wasn't the cleanest i've seen. i found some hairs in the bathroom and dust under the bed. the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night.

I found the location convenient. The train station is just opposite the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the complimentary glass of prosecco offered.
I noticed the room decor appears a bit dated. The photos online show rooms with a more modern design. My room could use some updating to match the website's presentation better, especially considering the price point.

My room had adequate space and cleanliness. The bathroom included sufficient toiletries. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. Two bedside tables were available for personal items and room service.

The hotel provides complimentary wifi access throughout the premises. The hotel bar featured a selection of local and international drinks. A car park is very close providing easy parking. Live music was performed on new year's eve.

Staff provided quick service at the bar and during check-in. Breakfast ordering used a menu with attentive table service. The breakfast buffet included condiments, dried fruit and seeds with tongs to help myself. They provided complimentary prosecco.
