excellent facilities and helpful staff
lake view large bed efficient staff
i received an upgrade to a lake view room, this was a nice surprise. the room included a large bed, very welcome after a long day traveling. the staff were lovely and efficient throughout my stay, a real asset to this place.
i noticed a few splashes of coffee on the kettle in the room needing a clean.

the suite was clean and modern. the bathroom was well-appointed, very important. it had all the necessities for a comfortable stay, a must these days.

the spa facilities were well maintained. the swimming pool and showers in the area were warm. i found the breakfast delicious and the breakfast staff were great and attentive.

a mixed experience, some letdowns.
faulty remote missing ports
I found a couple of things frustrating. the tv remote didn't work properly. I had to get up close to the tv for it to register anything. also, the advertised usb charging ports by the bed were missing, i couldn't charge my phone overnight. it was quite annoying!

Acceptable Stay, but Shower Temperature Issues
The staff demonstrated approachability. The relaxed atmosphere was also a plus.
The shower had wildly fluctuating temperatures. This made showering unpleasant and difficult to manage. It is a basic amenity I expect to function properly.
