fresh selection large room free drink voucher
the breakfast restaurant offered a great selection of fresh items. the room was large and the bathroom was excellent. ashleigh greeted me upon arrival and she couldn't do enough for me! a free drink voucher was offered at the front desk, it was my birthday!
the reception was understaffed, resulting in a 20-minute wait to check in.

I received an upgraded double room on arrival. the pool, sauna, and steam room were great. I really enjoyed breakfast too!!!
The hotel parking isn't great. You pay an additional fee to park.

excellent service spacious room swimming sauna good pool
the staff provided excellent service and displayed friendliness. i found the room to be spacious and clean. i enjoyed the swimming sauna and steam room for relaxation. the family-friendly atmosphere and good pool facilities were definite pluses.
the reception area seemed a bit understaffed leading to a slight delay at check-in

Excellent stay experience
separate sinks rainfall shower stationary bikes
My superior king room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i did like. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, a practical detail. The pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section that was nice.
There was a private lesson in one lane that reduced family swim space.

Breakfast was good, I did enjoyed the large choice of items offered in the buffet. The restaurant staff was careful to advise on the menu when aware of my chili intolerance. This was very helpful. I ate in the rib smokehouse and services was great.

The gym and the pool are easily accessible and I appreciated that. I found a beautiful swimming pool , I could take a refreshing dip. Spa facilities was lovely with all staff very cute, always.

All staff were very helpful with good customer service skills, I noticed. The staff rectified the issues efficiently and with smile in her face, it was really kind. Staff was amazing, really helpful and polite, something I like.

helpful staff clean room pool cleanliness
The staff were helpful. our room was clean. i did enjoy the pool area. The cleanliness WAS perfect. i found the bar area relaxing and the drinks were excellent.
