lovely bayside experience!

warm welcome fine view delicious roast friendly service

the warm welcome, and mckenzie showed us to a table with fine views. i enjoyed a delicious roast and a lovely dessert. mckenzie, tom, and chip gave great, friendly service. i shared a couple of cocktails with my friend.

The parking app was a bit hard to work out. It took me about 10 minutes.

rude checkin wet towels

the welcome i got was not very enthusiastic and the checkin lady was rude. she stopped my checkin to grab mail for some other dude who came in later. they were probably more important than me. also i was not told where to have breakfast or about the spa. i ended up wandering around in wet towels.

The location is good. A short walk gets you to restaurants and bars.

I chose this hotel for a family trip, but parking cost £24 for 24 hours. i tried to extend the parking, but the app would not allow it. This resulted in a £100 parking charge. i am upset.
