wonderful city stay
central location helpful staff excellent breakfast
i appreciated the central location near shops and restaurants. the helpful staff assisted with secure parking in the busy city center. i enjoyed complimentary drinks in the bar, and the breakfast was excellent with its variety. i am grateful for the quick check-in process.
the room needed new pillows.

convenient location spacious room food quality
I found the location convenient. It was a short walk from the train station!!! the room was clean and spacious, just what i needed after a long day. breakfast included many choices and the food quality was amazing.

perfect location quick walk helpful staff
the location was perfect! it was a quick walk to everything i wanted to see. i especially liked the views from my room and found the staff helpful with directions.
the gym equipment felt a little dated.

lovely stay in a vibrant city!
helpful staff great location
the staff were so kind and helpful. the location was really great for getting around, close to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast had many choices and tasted AMAZING!!! i also really liked the fresh bread.
I found the room service number didn't work. I waited for ages. it needs fixing. i hope they address this quickly to improve future stays.

decent Location, but room for improvement
long queue temperature control
check-in took a very long time. I waited in a queue that barely moved, it seemed. My room was quite basic, I felt I could have booked somewhere cheaper for the same experience. the temperature control in the room did not work.

The hotel had secure parking. The room was generally clean. The bed and sofabed were comfortable. I slept well! The reception staff were helpful and organised retrieval of headphones left behind. The breakfast range had many options and tasted good.
