Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

central location willing staff convenient parking
The location is central (close to the castle and city center). The staff were excellent and willing to assist. I found the parking arrangement very convenient. The Superior Room met my expectations.
The air conditioning in my room did not seem to be working correctly (room was too warm).

The hotel has a gym with various equipment for exercise and a pool area with a hot tub located next to it. There is also a steam room and showers available, as well as open-area changing rooms that include lockers for guest use.

The room was clean and offered plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept for close to eight hours, much longer than I usually sleep. It was good value.

The staff members were very cute. My room had spacious layout, and I found it to be comfortable. The location is very close to key attractions. I walked everywhere.

comprehensive array spa area improperly fitted carpet pooling water
The hotel gym spanned two floors and featured a comprehensive array of equipment. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa area (very relaxing after a long day).
The room carpet seemed improperly fitted, with creases in the middle of the floor. I noticed pooled water in the bathroom, possibly from a leak from the toilet or sink.

mixed experience at the hotel

bad smell complicated shower
the room was clean enough.
The room smelled really bad, like sewage. the shower controls were overly complicated, it took me forever to figure them out. the placement of the television made it impossible to watch from the chairs. I could only view it properly from the bed

noise and room issues

loud music faulty air conditioning
the drum and bass music next door was really a problem. i couldn't sleep and it went on for hours. also, there was a problem with the room itself. the air conditioning was not working properly and it became uncomfortably warm, specially at night.
