amazing meal friendly staff quiet surrounding
The evening meal and breakfast were both amazing experiences. Young staff members were very friendly and helpful. I found my room spacious and comfortable with good pillows. Parking was easy and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful..

I found the staff very keen for us to have a wonderful evening. the rooms are quite spacious and nice. breakfast was great and the service excellent. it was a pleasant stay overall. We would definitely visit again.
I noticed that rooms with accessible bathrooms are located upstairs. A lift is absent.

the bar offered prompt service and a relaxing atmosphere (perfect after a long drive!). the chalet-type room was dog-friendly and very clean. breakfast included great quality food with attentive service.
The room wasn't perfectly heated. The radiator provided minimal warmth.

noticeable dust noisy breakfast
the downstairs sitting area was nice it included a bar and dining room
the room i had was not properly cleaned there was noticeable dust the light shades kettle and phone were thick with dust marks covered the walls also i found the breakfast experience unpleasant the staff created a lot of noise while clearing dishes disrupting what should have been a relaxing meal

lingering smell absent curtains
i must say, the experience presented certain issues. the room had a distinct smell, one that resembled dirty dog. although cleaned, the odour had penetrated deeply, and even my clothes carried it upon departure. furthermore, blackout curtains were absent and this meant the room grew bright quite early. i consider the breakfast overpriced relative to what was available.
