just ok, i guess
noisy air conditioning limited view
The room was a bit of a letdown. It was supposed to be on a high floor. i ended up staring at a rooftop. a frosted film covered the lower part of the window, too. i could barely see anything unless i stood on my tiptoes. plus, the air conditioning was noisy and didn't work well. I got a fan instead!?!

fantastic experience!
prosecco bottle relaxing spa central location
The arrival gift of prosecco and cupcakes for my partner's birthday was such a treat! we also enjoyed visiting the spa. It was a really lovely and relaxing experience. breakfast tasted great. the central location is so convenient!
The shower temperature fluctuated a little bit. It went from warm to hot suddenly.

Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items, with staff managing the buffet well and keeping it clean. i noticed attentiveness. Staff promptly collected used plates and glasses, which allowed guests to get more food easily.

The hotel features a swimming pool that is well looked after and spans 20 meters, great for swimming laps. the sauna is very hot and clean. I saw a friendly staff member named jasmin maintaining it. these amenities were definitely a highlight of my stay!

our room, a king executive room castle view, offered ample space. it had a separate seating area with a sofa and a large work desk.. the bathroom featured a walk-in shower. the castle view was beautiful.
the gym equipment felt a little dated.

helpful staff easy access large room
the staff were helpful. the room had a fridge and tea. the location provided easy access to shops and bars. the room was a king guest room.
i noticed only one lift was working which caused long waits.

average experience. certain aspects needs improvement
concrete bed loud noise
the location was central, so traveling around were easy.
the noise was bad even at 3am due to nearby bars. the bed reminded me of concrete, it made sleep impossible. the bed's quality was not worth the price, this has lowered my opinion of the hotel.

okay stay overall
great selection big selection friendly staff helpful staff super location great location poor decor old changing rooms dirty changing rooms bad experience
the location is super for exploring. the hotel is close to many attractions. i really liked the breakfast, it had a big selection. the staff were always friendly, SO helpful.
the room decor was pretty poor. it did not meet hilton standards. the changing rooms near the pool was OLD, a bit dirty. it was not a good experience.
