helpful staff easy parking excellent location
the hotel is very close to the train station and within walking distance to the centre. staff members were friendly and helpful. parking was easy.
i found that the room was slightly cold despite the heating being on.

clean room perfect location
the beautiful king room was a good size and really clean. the hotel's location suited me perfectly i could access the train station and city center. staff showed great friendliness and helpfulness to guests.
breakfast was ok, i think coffee could be much hotter.

ineffective air conditioning continuous noise
The location proved ideal, as it was close to the train station.
My room was quite warm because the air conditioning was not effective. I had to keep the window open. This resulted in considerable noise throughout the night caused by activity in the area.

Amazing Stay!
super clean room helpful staff
The room was super clean on arrival. The staff was very helpful with directions. I found the location very central to most attractions. The hotel offers its own car park, a convenient feature.
The pillows werent great so i had to share a bed with my kid, i asked at reception if i could get another bed, as i booked the room for a child and 1 adult. But the reception said nothing could be done.

The bar area was really good and offered prompt service. The front desk staff resolved queries quickly. The executive lounge team was pleasant and cute.
