Really good Stay!!!
fresh breakfast canal view attentive staff
The breakfast selection was extensive and fresh. I particularly enjoyed the canal view from my room. The staff was attentive. They ensured a smooth check-in process. The leisure facilities provided perfect relaxation after a long day. I was delighted!!!
During my visit, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak and intermittent. It made it difficult to stream videos.

fantastic canal view room
clean room excellent staff
My partner and i really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the birthday bottle with cakes. our room was clean and spacious. the staff were amazing. They went the extra mile for us. breakfast was excellent. with plenty of options.
i noticed some paint flaking off the wall in our room. also, the metal hinge cover was missing from the toilet. i think these small repairs would improve the room.

the breakfast buffet provided a wide selection, ensuring everyone found something they enjoyed, and the seating area felt spacious! we found the available options to be very tasty. it's nice they offer that much variety.

The hotel offered wonderful views. It was so nice looking outside. ample parking spaces made coming and going easy! it was convenient not needing to worry about finding a spot.

both ladies at reception were so nice. they were very helpful and friendly , and they are a credit to the hotel! i loved chatting with ellie.

friendly staff good location nice food shabby entrance faulty tv small shower
the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel offered a good location for relaxation. i found the food at breakfast to be nice.
i noticed weeds in front of the entrance and patio area. the tv in my room did not work on several occasions. the shower room was too small for my liking.
