superb location friendly staff helpful staff cramped room non-functioning telephone few hangers

the hotel is in a superb location. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. the room was clean, however basic. i felt safe during my entire stay.

The room was quite cramped for two people. the telephone in the room was non-functioning! this meant i had to physically leave my room and attend the reception in person for a simple request. i had to ask for additional hangers. Only two were provided initially.

the room i stayed in was a bit compact, maybe not optimal for multiple occupants

I had a standard double room. The bed was comfortable and ensured I got a good night's sleep. Staff was polite at check in. I also noticed the hotel location close to the train station. This location made getting around easy.

the staff were lovely and super accommodating (i spoke to them about a slightly frustrating situation with the room).

the room was tiny. i mean, really small. the physical space in the rooms is very limited and it felt quite cramped. also, there weren't any outlets near the bedside tables, a pretty basic need these days. charging my phone was a hassle.

The room was compact but it was comfortable. everything needed was there. i asked for an iron. They provided it quickly. the breakfast had many choices. the staff were friendly and helpful.
