The front desk staff were quite helpful (especially with directions). Our room was spacious and clean. The walk-in shower was powerful and hot, and I noted a deep bathtub. Breakfast offered a wide selection, catering to various tastes.
The elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

poor attitude room location
Breakfast had very nice staff, who were polite.
My arrival was disappointing. The check-in person seemed uninterested and abrupt. I was like I was an inconvenience. They did not tell me about the dining times or where my room was.

closed spa disinterested staff
The spa was closed. nobody seemed to know when it would reopen. i chose this hotel specifically for the spa. That was frustrating. also, i put the refresh my room sign out before 10am. the maid never came! my bed remained unmade and the dirty cups stayed there. some of the reception staff seemed disinterested. maybe they aren't getting the right training.

spacious room hot water friendly staff bedroom curtains window visibility bed crumbs
I stayed in a spacious room. The shower had fantastic pressure and plenty of hot water. I found the toiletries in the bathroom very nice. The staff members were friendly.
The bedroom curtains did not close properly. Half the window was visible even when closed. I had to push the curtain through a cupboard to keep the light out. There were crumbs on the bed.
