The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room decor was lovely (I especially appreciated the Welsh touches). The bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep.

The bathroom floor got very wet after a shower. The hotel's location can be difficult to find due to the maze of bus lanes. The restaurant's menu changed and offered fewer options for allergies.

mixed feelings about my stay

unclean coffee machine poor service

the room was clean and modern, a plus.

The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned. It still contained used pods. i decided to try the rooftop restaurant, but the service was poor. after being seated, no one offered drinks or took our order even after others who arrived later were served.

the location was excellent for accessing the city center, convenient.

My room, the standard queen room, lacked proper ventilation. The air conditioning did not work, and there were no windows i could open which was very unpleasant.
