Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

friendly staff easy check-in sky channels
I found the staff friendly upon arrival. self-check-in was available at reception via machines. the sky channels on the television were a nice addition. I also used the starbucks in reception. getting an uber to the city centre proved easy.
The room was very basic for the price i paid. the breakfast felt substandard. I felt unwelcome as i arrived close to closing. i was told i'd receive a refund for breakfast, but i haven't heard back yet.

solid stay with nice amenities

warm staff pool access room cleanliness room space
The reception staff was warm, we could store our bags before check-in. the steam room, sauna, and pool were nice. Towels were available. having a starbucks and bar in the building was convenient for quick needs. the room, accommodating four people, was spacious and clean.
the toilet seat in my room didnt fit properly, and the tissue box was empty upon arrival.

my club room had gym and pool access, a nice perk. breakfast proved ok with good staff service. bar staff was equally good as was reception staff.

An okay stay overall

warm staff storage assistance available pool thin wall big duvet difficult comfort
The reception staff were quite warm. One lady allowed us to store our bags since we arrived early. The facilities were AMAZING!!! The pool, steam room, and sauna were all available, and towels were provided.
The walls seemed thin. I reminded me of I could hear conversations from the next room. The duvet covers were too big for the duvets. Getting comfortable was a task.

The room was spacious. Self check in was really quick. The room was very clean. Breakfast was great and staff were very helpful.
One towel was damp. The sweet treat was not in my room. The sports bottle was not in the room either. Music played until midnight.
