the location was central near the park. the bar seemed comfortable. the rooms was amazing and the beds felt very comfortable I spent one night in a standard double room.
the breakfast had limited options for bread.

city centre easy access friendly staff quiet room poor wi-fi bathroom ventilation lack mould amount
the hotel was close to the city centre. it allowed easy access to shops! the staff were helpful and friendly. my room was also quiet.
the lifts were still not working? the wi-fi was really poor. it barely connected and never went above one or two bars. the bathroom had no ventilation and had a lot of mould.

lovely and warm room

spacious bedroom central location friendly staff
the room was spacious with a comfortable bed the location was very central and convenient for my plans the staff members were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay
i noticed only one of the two lifts was working and it seemed quite old

Acceptable stay, but some issues needs attention

faulty fan drink refusal
The room was ready when I arrived, which I appreciated after a long journey.
The hotel corridors felt really hot. The bathroom extractor fan didn't worked. I was refused a drink one night because the till was closed. Residents should be able to charge drinks to their room. I found this really disappointing.

clean room coffee provisions lovely breakfast
the room was very clean. i appreciated the coffee and tea provisions available in the room. the hotel provided a lovely breakfast with a wonderful selection of items. friendly staff were very helpful .
the shower in the bathroom needed updating.

excellent location fine architecture cute staff helpful service
The location was excellent. The architecture of the building is fine. Front desk staff were very cute and smiling, which I appreciated. They were super helpful with any issues that arose.
The hotel is somewhat old and tired. It probably has not had any money spent on it for many years.
