inadequate cleaning non-working air conditioner
the restaurant was acceptable.
My room was not adequately cleaned. The bathroom did not meet expected standards, suggesting insufficient attention during cleaning. i also found the absence of a working air conditioner quite troublesome. The room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy and i could not open the windows for ventilation. this significantly detracted from the quality of my stay and must be addressed .

crowded car park unmarked spaces
i found the car park very crowded when i arrived. the spaces are unmarked, so it was hard to find a spot. there were many people who seemed to only be there for the carvery. i also felt there was a risk of golf balls hitting my car since the parking is next to the tees the evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing.
