Acceptable Stay with Service Issues

convenient locationundercooked chickenlengthy delay
The hotel's location is convenient, close to local attractions. (That's quite helpful for exploring!)
I had booked lunch. It took an excessively long time for our food to arrive, about an hour. One dish contained undercooked chicken and getting a replacement took another 20 minutes.
