i noticed a loud hum it came from the kitchen's extractor shaft i asked for another room however none were available the hotel did not offer a discount after that

I am so thrilled with my stay! the room offered superb views right from the start. breakfast was included and delicious. I could not have asked for a better beginning to my day. the hotel provided ample parking, a huge plus !
The bar area could get a bit crowded during peak hours. A minor thing overall.

breakfast includes locally sourced items.. the presentation added an elegant touch. a variety of pastries were available, alongside a full english breakfast option. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection, beautifully arranged and tasted very nice.

The hotel has a fantastic location with AMAZING views. It is only a few minutes walk into the village centre. There are several pubs, restaurants and cafés nearby. The outdoor space is GREAT for a drink with beautiful scenery!
Our room was near the kitchen's extractor shaft. There was a loud droning hum. The receptionist assured us that the humming stops around 9:30pm when the kitchen is closed. Breakfast quality is standard, nothing SPECIAL.
