the sat nav directions were accurate and easy to follow i found ample off-road parking the staff was helpful and friendly my room and bathroom were clean i had coffee and tea making facilities the bed was comfortable and the shower room was lovely. i would re-book if staying in the area.

the hotel is conveniently located for walking into the town centre the hotel is situated near rodney parade rugby & football club newport railway station is a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away.

the hotel offers modern facilities my room was recently refurbished it included a walk in shower i had plenty of towels and drink making facilities the heating was excellent i found off road parking.

The breakfast was good and offered halal options. Parking was on the premises. I found this very useful.
The room was very hot, even with the window open. I wish there was air conditioning or a fan. The noise outside my room was loud, and I did not manage to sleep until 3 am. There was music and shouting.
