sat nav directions off-road parking friendly staff
Finding the hotel was so easy thanks to the sat nav directions. off-road parking spots were abundant, and that was great. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i really appreciated. my room and bathroom were super clean. Cleanliness is a big plus for me.
the tv remote wasn't working properly, a bit of an inconvenience.

the standard double room featured complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, and a comfortable bed. the shower room was lovely, with modern fixtures and great water pressure, so , made my mornings much better.

the hotel facilities provided everything i needed for a relaxed stay. an iron was available upon request, very useful. the staff were attentive and quick to respond to my needs.

clean bedroom comfortable bed
The bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. It was located in a new part of the hotel. the bed was very comfortable. a good breakfast offered plenty of choice. The staff were pleasant.
a hairdryer would have been useful, especially for stays longer than one night. there was no way to contact reception if anything was needed.

accurate directions ample parking helpful staff clean room
the sat nav directions were accurate and easy to follow i found ample off-road parking the staff was helpful and friendly my room and bathroom were clean i had coffee and tea making facilities the bed was comfortable and the shower room was lovely. i would re-book if staying in the area.

the hotel is conveniently located for walking into the town centre the hotel is situated near rodney parade rugby & football club newport railway station is a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away.

onsite parking halal options hot room loud noise
The breakfast was good and offered halal options. Parking was on the premises. I found this very useful.
The room was very hot, even with the window open. I wish there was air conditioning or a fan. The noise outside my room was loud, and I did not manage to sleep until 3 am. There was music and shouting.
