shower cubicle noisy man
the location was acceptable, it had what i needed.
the shower cubicle was literally in the room, that was not normal. there was a man next door who was very noisy early in the morning and i could not sleep. plug sockets near the bed would have been convenient.

The location was close to the city center. The self-check-in process used a simple code system. It worked efficiently! The room had a hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board.

simple and clean stay
hairdryer iron clean shower great value
i found a hairdryer plus an iron and ironing board in the room, a nice touch. the shower and toilet were clean. It was warm. it provided great value for money, meeting expectations.

The hotel is near the park and a short walk from the train station (about 10 minutes). its proximity to the city center makes it a convenient place to stay. the hotel is on the river. This makes it quiet.

The automated, physical check-in process was helpful and easy to use. there was a microwave and electric hob, even though i did not need them. i found tea and coffee in the room. This was decent to wake me up. the included kettle worked well.

while there isn't extensive dining available directly at the guesthouse, many options exist nearby. the provision of coffee and tea in the room allowed for a quick morning beverage. the kettle worked perfectly.

the staff provided excellent service, particularly when i had trouble paying (they were so helpful!). the code entry system worked well, providing easy access. communication was quick. they were nice and helpful when extending my check out time.

clean room convenient location thoughtful inclusion good water pressure
The room was clean , and the location proved very convenient for my event. I appreciated the inclusion of a kettle with coffee and tea , a thoughtful touch. Staff was helpful when I needed assistance with directions. The shower had good water pressure . That was welcome after a long day.
I noticed some slight wear on the furnishings.

The staff was responsive and assisted me promptly with directions and information about local attractions. I was grateful for their kindness and quick responses to my queries , .

My double room featured ample soft towels and tea and coffee , which was quite useful for a quick refreshment. The bathroom had a functional shower , and the room also included a Freeview TV for entertainment.
