helpful staff good breakfast attentive manager dated room needed repainting bathroom retiling
the staff seemed helpful. breakfast was a good experience. the general manager was available and offered assistance with carrying items. i found this attentive.
the room i occupied looked dated. the walls needed repainting i noticed. furniture seemed old too. the bathroom required retiling.

awful dinner lacking maintenance
The restaurant proved TERRIBLE. Dinner tasted awful. breakfast offered little improvement. accommodations POSSESSED potential, but lacked essential maintenance and upgrades to furnishings. undoubtedly, i cannot recommend it to anyone. It does not merit a return visit.

early closing cold eggs
The bar closed quite early. It was before 9:30 PM. Breakfast was also not great. The scrambled eggs were scraped from the bottom of the pan. Burnt bits tasted terrible, and they were cold, too. I thought the breakfast area needed better attention, and the early bar closing was disappointing.

comfortable stay with excellent service
warm room coffee facility friendly staff beautiful garden
the building had atmosphere and i prefer older hotels. the room was warm, also it was comfortable, and tea and coffee making facilities met expectations. the staff provided helpful, friendly service. i liked the views, and the gardens were well maintained.
The wedding room looked pretty, but the children's starters were largely left. It's a shame about food quality.

The building is a lovely building inside and out. fireplaces provide warmth. They were magnificent. the overall location offers perfect views. beautiful gardens add to the setting.

Staff demonstrated friendliness. They were also cute. staff ensured everything needed was available. the team is well-organized and professional. they accommodated a request to adjust music volume.
