high beds rude reception
the beds height was really bad, my legs dangled. all the beds were supposedly the same size, but i doubt it. also, reception guy was a bit off when i mentioned my suitcase was still outside the room. he told me no one could grab it and i had to lug it down from the third floor. no drinks were available after i had to leave my room and before my bus came.

an adequate stay

good location polite staff dated room regimented times
i stayed for several days. the hotel location was a plus, with everything easily accessible nearby. the staff were polite, which i appreciated.
the room was a little dated. some areas show their age, like old decor, and i found that not so pleasant. the food wasn't really good, the meals followed regimented set times.

Amazing Stay! Just Wonderful!

warm welcome sea view room excellent food fun entertainment
The staff gave a lovely welcome. Moses, the manager, greeted me warmly! My sea view room sparkled with cleanliness and seemed recently updated. I relished the excellent food, especially the breakfast and evening dinner service was fabulous. Plus, the evening entertainment was hella fun. I loved the bingo games!
The pillows felt a tad too firm. It's a small thing, really!

Solid seaside stay

warm welcome sea view individual shops
The manager gave us a warm welcome. The room faced the sea, and i found it clean. I liked having individual shops near the hotel. bigger stores only a short walk away. I also want to mention the serving staff, as they were efficient at both breakfast and dinner.
The pillows were quite hard. I would have preferred something softer for a better night's sleep. Hopefully, they can address this (maybe offer a choice).
