Louis at reception offered excellent assistance. he greeted me warmly and answered all my questions. the food quality surpassed expectations for a chain hotel. cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. I noticed no issues.
The tv had limited channels. Only two were accessible.

the accessible bathroom in my room WAS very well done i found it the best i have seen. i also appreciated the range of newspapers both digital and physical that were available. the staff were helpful too and i WANT to mention eloise specifically because she did MORE than expected.
i noticed the hotel looks quite TIRED and probably needs some updates. the pillows felt hard like stones probably because they are too old. my room was also very warm and the air conditioning did NOT work very well the windows were locked and i COULDN'T open them

The room was clean and well maintained. The daily housekeeping was acceptable.
The breakfast service was NOT cute. A lady gestured toward the buffet without a smile or greeting. She seemed dismissive. It felt strange. I found it irritating. I would have expected better.
