a solid stay near the bay

nice selection helpful staff clean room
i found the breakfast had a nice selection. the staff were very helpful upon check in. the room was clean, it had everything i needed for a short visit.
the vending machine did not work . it was a minor issue.

modern bathroom quiet location ample selection
The room was clean. the bathroom was modern. The shower was great. i liked the quiet location. It was easy to relax. i found the breakfast selection to be ample, so many choices!!
the car park was quite full when i arrived back at the hotel in the evening.

i found the staff friendly and professional. the location worked well for both the city centre and the bay area. the dining area remained cool and comfortable, even during some particularly hot days.

wonderful stay

helpful service dog friendly environment
The hotel staff provided cute and helpful service throughout my stay. I found the onsite parking to be very convenient and also appreciated how dog friendly the environment was without it impacting other guests.
The coffee machine had some issues as there was only one working which was not ideal.

The hotel had a great location that was just a short walk to mermaid quay and also central to other attractions. I enjoyed the easy access to various points of interest because it made exploring very straightforward.

clean mug excellent service ironing board
the room was clean. it included an ironing board and an iron. a kettle and clean mugs were in the room. it was nice to have free wifi, it had excellent service.
The pillows felt lumpy, it reminded me of having a bag of tennis balls to sleep on. It was not an exaggeration.

lacking air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the room lacked air conditioning it was uncomfortable especially during warmer days parking cost an extra ten pounds this fee felt excessive considering the overall experience i think a better hotel is achievable when factoring in this additional charge the bed quality was not up to par it impacted my sleep quality considerably
