prime location warm welcome comfortable bed
the location shines with easy access to many attractions. the staff offered warm welcomes and attentiveness throughout my stay. i found my room super clean with all necessary facilities and the bed was very comfortable.
the noise from the street did permeate through the old windows. i heard quite a bit of activity during the night. this made it a little hard to fall asleep at first.

central stay success
amazing location friendly receptionist welsh cakes
the location was amazing for seeing lana del rey.. the friendly receptionist welcomed us upon arrival. our room was stocked with tea, coffee, and lovely welsh cakes. we easily walked to principality stadium and the train station.
the hotel has many stairs, and there is no elevator. it was hard to get my bags up without help.

the staff were always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed. the front desk lady was good, always making time for us with a warm smile and quick responses.

the room provided ample storage and tea and coffee making facilities. clean towels were supplied in the bathroom and all the bedding was lovely and fresh for a refreshing experience.
