Good Stay in a Central Location

friendly greeting helpful service good sound insulation
I appreciated the friendly greetings from the staff. They were cute. I found the choice of teas in the room thoughtful (a personal touch I always appreciate). The TV worked perfectly. It helped me unwind after a day of exploration.
Some stairs to the reception area made arrival a bit challenging with luggage.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast was delicious and offered a decent selection of items. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. The dining area itself was well-kept and offered a bright atmosphere.
Service
10/10
The staff was very friendly and willing to advise on places to visit. They provided prompt assistance whenever needed and demonstrated genuine care for the guests. This.

mixed experience, location good, but some issues

empty buffet outdated furniture
the breakfast service was quite disappointing. arriving at 9:30, well before the 10:30 cutoff, i found many buffet items empty. a request for poached eggs was met with a refusal citing they were too busy despite the restaurant being half empty. also, the room decor felt very outdated. red and black shiny furniture was not my taste.
