Acceptable Stay at the Location

interesting setting restaurant food lovely staff late check in reasonable signage closed reception
the setting felt really interesting. it's like some US movie set you see in west virginia. the location were spooky at night. the restaurant food was very good with lovely staff.
i could not find the late check in desk. some reasonable signage would have help. we had to wait for linen to be delivered and make the bed up ourselves. the reception was closed and it was difficult to find facilities.

out of order draft beer inconvenient taxi
The hotel was clean and had all the essentials.
The draft beers were all out of order. It would take three days to fix them. I had to book a taxi into town just to get a drink, really inconvenient. This meant I didn't get a chance to use the spa at the lodge.
