the staff were very friendly and always happy to help i received recommendations for things to do and places to eat i stayed with my son and dog and they were very accommodating the hotel had a little treat station set up for dogs.
the carpets in the hall were rucked up

the hotel features spacious rooms stocked with tea, coffee, and fresh milk in the fridge breakfast included fruit juices, cereals, and a full english cooked fresh i found the provision of tea and coffee facilities particularly convenient with a bottle of milk provided.

the location is close to the beach and town the hotel offers parking the ground floor rooms have access to an outside large patio area this setup offered great convenience and accessibility i was able to easily explore the nearby beach.

adequate but with issues
heavy gatesunreliable toilet flush
access proved tricky i had to maneuver heavy gates near a railway line. check-in was impersonal no staff greeted me and i needed to make calls to figure things out. the bathroom had problems the shower didn't drain properly causing flooding and the toilet flush was unreliable. wi-fi didn't work so streaming was out and the tv had limited channels.

I found the breakfast plentiful and tasty. The owner was a fabulous host and looked after all our needs. Easy parking existed, and access to town was simple.
The shower drain did not work properly.
