a romantic getaway
generous space soft towels
My superior double room townhouse had generous space and very soft towels. the television lounge area provided good entertainment, it was enormous. i found the tea and coffee facilities useful for a tender moment with my partner. the experience was overall very good. I highly recommend it.
i stayed in the townhouse, and it needs some tlc in its communal areas. the worn carpets and the dirty glass door did not give the best first impression. it smelled a bit stale, and i hope they address it soon.

Our room included a spacious layout. It had a comfortable bed with nice linens. the bathroom featured soft towels and robes for added luxury. the television was quite large, providing entertainment, it was a plus.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of both buffet items and à la carte options. the restaurant staff maintained a friendly and cute attitude each morning. i enjoyed the fresh juice.

the breakfast included many options. the staff were very helpful with directions. i really liked my superior double room townhouse it had a spacious layout. the bathroom had molton brown toiletries a nice touch.
the street noise was loud because of single glazing. the bar service was slow one evening. there was only one person behind the bar that night it was not enough

The staff were professional and helpful. They were great for us. The room featured high-class furnishings, maintained excellent cleanliness, and included thoughtful amenities such as complimentary water, tea, coffee, air conditioning, a beautiful bathroom with robes, and super plush towels. The building itself is quite splendid. Décor throughout the hotel, from reception to the breakfast hall, is high class.

I found the room quite large with beautiful furniture. the bathroom had two sinks and a rainfall shower. I greatly appreciated this feature. breakfast had a tasty potato rosti.. i especially liked that. parking was available. It added great value to my stay.
the air conditioning was a little loud, so i had to switch it off.

the staff were friendly, i am thankful. the location was convenient for the arena, something i appreciated. my room was nice with touches of luxury, i am very grateful.
The room was very tired. The floor in the bathroom was cracked. there was a handle missing off the bedside table, not ideal. the shower leaked onto the floor as the screen was too short, i found.

the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. i found the receptionist lovely, she greeted me upon arrival. breakfast was good value at £15 each, there was an excellent continental choice.
the room i stayed in was tired. the floor in the bathroom had cracks. a handle was missing off the bedside table, it was a small inconvenience.
