Reasonable stay

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient.
The reception service was slow. The shower door was broken and aged window frames were visible. A glass of beer I ordered tasted oddly-flavored.

the room was clean and spacious. the tea, hot chocolate, and drinks offered were always topped up. i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.
i found a broken toilet seat. there was no excuse for this because the cleaners would see it. the fan was also broken, so i had to make a makeshift repair for it to work.

Breakfast was a problem. There were items unavailable, but the staff made no attempt to offer alternatives. The bar service looked unorganized with no clear leadership.
