peeling top absent coffee machine
I encountered a couple of issues . the advertised coffee machine was absent from my room. when i inquired, i received conflicting explanations, including a suggestion it had been stolen. additionally, the chest of drawers holding the kettle had a peeling top. Maintenance issues need addressing!!!

the staff were very polite and helpful. the hotel location was quiet and allowed for a restful night. the room included everything i needed and expected, with a good size plus a comfortable bed.
i noticed the hotel advertised a cooked breakfast, however only a continental breakfast was available. the menu was quite limited and repetitive. i found the options to be uninspired.

the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. they even changed our room to a lower floor after noticing my husband had mobility issues. our room was really nice, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and shower. it included a comfy bed and a nice view of the park, mountains, and village.

fantastic stay!
cute staff spacious room fresh hot drinks
i found the staff cute and helpful. they even changed our room to a lower floor when they noticed my mobility issues. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathroom with a great shower. i especially liked coming back to a freshly cleaned room each day, with fresh water, biscuits, and renewed hot drink supplies.
During dinner, the food service took over an hour. we had to inquire about the delay, and when we tried to order dessert, we were told the kitchen was closed. They never informed us about ordering in advance or the kitchen's closing time.

convenient location friendly staff modern room basic breakfast bar area wrong room
The location is very convenient. The rooms are modern and clean. I appreciated the free parking! The staff was friendly, and the rooms were fine. The beds and bathrooms were also okay. The staff was young and nice.
I had booked the wrong room by mistake! After talking to the landlady, it was no problem. I finally got the room I wanted! The breakfast was basic, served in a bar area. Pastries were good, but it wasn't perfect.
