friendly staff rural location
i stayed in a large double or twin room for two nights the room was clean and tidy it had everything i needed the breakfast was excellent it had a great choice of continental and cooked options. the staff were very friendly and helpful the location is rural but it is quiet there is plenty of on-site parking.
the pub did not open until 4pm on weekdays guests cannot check in or sit in the pub before that time.

A Fantastic Stay in the Countryside!

I stayed in the Large Double or Twin Room. The room had everything I needed and the addition of a fridge was welcome. The breakfast menu was extensive. It catered for all dietary requirements and was plentiful. The staff really went out of their way to help you. I even borrowed shoes after I mentioned that mine were soaked!!!
I couldn't check in until 4pm. The pub was closed until then during the weekday. I could not even sit inside.

The rooms were well equipped and had plenty of room. A fridge was available in the room. This was a very welcome addition. There is a dog shower available at the back in the car park.

The breakfast was great. The breakfast menu was extensive, catering for all dietary requirements. The evening meal was also excellent!!! There was a large selection to choose from.

Really good Stay at a Countryside Gem

comfortable room extensive menu excellent meal
I appreciated the comfortable room, complete with everything I needed, I found the fridge to be an excellent addition. The breakfast menu impressed me with its variety, catering to various dietary needs. the portions were generous. I also enjoyed an excellent evening meal on the premises.
The check-in time was a little late, as I couldn't access the pub until it opened later in the afternoon.

The room was super clean, offering thoughtful extras that included tea and coffee selections and good toiletries. The beds had large and comfortable mattresses. well-stocked mini fridge and appointed ensuites were available.

The staff were very helpful, they were keen to take great care of all the guests and were always attentive. The hosts were great and I experienced fast and friendly service in every interaction, they were very cute.

The location provided a lovely and peaceful countryside setting and was quiet and restful. I observed that direct access from the rooms to the car parking area was very useful and convenient, especially when carrying luggage.

The breakfast was amazing, and I noticed a good variety on the breakfast menu for all tastes. The evening meals were also excellent, served in a beautifully decorated bar and restaurant and I saw dogs are welcome.

delicious breakfast friendly staff
The breakfast choice was great and delicious! The staff was very friendly too. I really loved the bar and restaurant decor it was lovely. I watched the sun go down outside my room it was a secluded countryside location.
Check-in isn't allowed until 4 pm, sitting in the pub is not allowed until it opens.
