a gem by the sea
cute host complimentary fridge personal touch
i found the hosts to be so cute and friendly. they provided juice, milk, and even prosecco in the fridge. it was restocked . i really appreciated that personal touch, especially after a long day.
the rulebook stated that i could use the downstairs dining room. when i brought food back for dinner, i was stopped and told i could not take the food upstairs. it felt a bit rude.

the guesthouse is situated across the road from the beach and promenade. it is a quiet spot. nearby there are shops and pubs a short drive away, very convenient.

the superior king room was very large. it had generous furnishings. parking was in front of the building. the sea view was good.
the bathroom window had clear blinds. it was opposite the shower cubicle. there was not much privacy unless the lights were off.

a royal stay!
fine view stocked fridge breakfast menu
the superior suite sea view offered fine views i appreciated the attention to detail in the room there were dressing gowns and slippers the fridge was stocked with milk orange juice and even prosecco this was great after a long drive. the breakfast menu included many options i found the location ideal for visiting nearby towns.
