Central Location, Friendly Staff

friendly staff central location clean rooms comfortable beds
I have stayed at this hotel before. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and lovely (they always smile!). The location is very central. It is a ten minute walk to the train station. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
I must say there was a slight smell of old carpet in the hallway but not in the room.

excellent central accommodation

friendly receptionist perfect location
the receptionists were friendly. two men and one woman were present. they were lovely. the location is the BEST in the city center. parking was just around the corner with about an eight minute walk. it cost nine pounds for twenty-four hours.
i encountered a mandatory £100 deposit upon arrival. nothing in this hotel seems worth £100. there aren't real bar or other facilities.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel provides complimentary high-speed wifi access throughout the premises. a coffee shop exists on the ground floor and is available . vending machines for snacks and drinks are on every floor.

helpful staff clean room taxi service
The staff helped with everything. they stored my bags after checkout and even helped me get a taxi. the rooms were clean. I found everything i needed for a short stay. craig is a true asset, a real credit to the place.
the doors were quite heavy, and i heard them slam often. the decor could use some updating. i think better lighting would really improve the place.
Dining

The bacon roll was tasty. it had a fresh roll. the hotel offers limited breakfast options. guests can get these only if they pay separately. I found it a little limited.
