charmed by the services
friendly staff free parking late checkout
i liked the staff, they were friendly. the parking was free, always a plus. the breakfast had much option. i could check out later, that was so good cause i could finished my tasks.
i noticed stains over the ceiling and walls, it make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. i got extra teabags from the cleaning staff instead of coffee. the location is a 20-minute walk to the marina area.. there are bars and restaurants there.
the menu seemed to be reheated items, not all freshly cooked. the cheese had dried out and hardened. the french baton bread was stale.

genuine interaction warm welcome considerate staff nice trip
the staff showed so much kindness, i felt cared for. maria's welcome at reception was especially warm, and she remained attentive throughout the evening. every interaction felt genuine and considerate. the staff helped, and for that i am very grateful.
The water pressure in the shower fluctuated slightly. That caused a small inconvenience.

The reception area had a modern design. Breakfast and dinner options were available. The room was a nice size compared to other similar hotels. Free parking was available, and fast food restaurants were very close. The hotel is only a short drive to the city centre.
