the staff was friendly and efficient. the hotel's cleanliness impressed me. my family and i found the location quiet and relaxing (which we needed!).
i noticed the shower pressure was a little low one morning.

the staff was very attentive to my mum when she fell. the staff were very quick to respond and administer first aid. they were always available and helpful throughout our stay.

the cooked breakfast had a very wide selection. i saw different cereals, pastries, fruit, and yogurts. the hot food was constantly refilled (especially the pancakes!).

AMAZING renovated space

kingsize room high standard comfy bed ample space
the SUPERIOR kingsize room was recently renovated to a high standard and it was clean the bed was comfy and i slept great the room remained lovely and cool even with high outside temperatures ample space existed within the room
the room would have benefitted from a fridge there were no other issues in my opinion

the hotel's location is conveniently close to beaches and the McArthurglen shopping outlet the train station is also easily accessible by an eight minute taxi ride which offers good connections without a car

all staff members i encountered at reception the bar and the restaurant were genuinely friendly and helpful the staff clearly worked to maintain a high level of service and create a cute environment for all guests throughout the building

noisy event short staffing
the friday night was far from peaceful. it seems there was some sort of event happening in the conference room above. the atmosphere felt tense, many people were grumbling, and the staff were understandably defensive. a breakfast menu was nonexistent for two mornings because apparently the hotel was short-staffed and busy.. there was only a buffet. the one staff member there really struggled to keep it tidy and restock things like mugs, glasses, and milk.
