helpful directions local tips fine view sea view fantastic hotel front refurbishment slow bar service no vegan cakes draughty room window
the staff was amazing, especially the reception team! they were so helpful with directions and local tips. i booked a room with a sea view, and it was fine! the refurbishment to the front of the hotel looks fantastic.
The bar service felt slow at times. I often waited a while for drinks, specially during peak hours, a bit frustrating. there were no vegan cakes available when i wanted a snack. my room window was draughty, so i felt a little cold at night

The location and parking was acceptable. Though it was a bit tight, i did find a space eventually.
The coffee was a letdown, and they had no vegan cake options. WORST of all, a waitress was chewing gum. It was gross!

slow service cocktail quality
The bar service was not great. My cocktail tasted nothing like it should have. I also had to wait a very long time to be served. It seemed the bartender prioritized other tasks over attending to customers, annoying. I think the hotel should address staffing issues at the bar. I found the experience underwhelming. It really affected my enjoyment. Some staff training would help.
